Welcome to Eventsy. By using the Eventsy app, you agree to the following terms.

Platform Role

Eventsy is a platform that connects customers with independent wedding and event vendors.

Eventsy does not directly provide vendor services but facilitates bookings and payments between users.

User Accounts

Customers and vendors create their own accounts directly within the app and are responsible for providing accurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Users may choose to save their card securely with Stripe for faster checkout. Eventsy does not store or have access to card details and only uses secure payment references provided by Stripe.

Funds may be temporarily held until a service is marked as completed.

Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for delivering their services as described. Eventsy may assist in dispute resolution but is not responsible for service quality.

Email Notifications

By creating an account, users agree to receive transactional emails related to bookings, payments, and account security.

Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to harm other users.

Limitation of Liability

Eventsy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from vendor services arranged through the platform.
